Not to be outdone MSN is offering a Youtube competitor via an invite only to beta testers at soapbox.msn.com. 

So much for YouTube’s hopes that MS might buy them out (if they cared).  Is YT gunning for a buyer?  And why does MS insist on jumping on the latest neighborhood trend instead of making SOMETHING NEW?!  Example: Zune.
