And drops computer from their name.

$499 for the 4GB version.
$599 for the 8GB version.
Touchscreen (how long before people sue because it gets scratched?)
Runs OSX. I don’t know about Windows connectivity.
UPDATE: No Office or Outlook connectivity. User cannot install their own software. What Apple wants you to have is what you get.
